The nicest bra is one you no longer think about: no pinching underwires, no slipping straps, no band riding up. At De LingerieBoetiek in Arnhem you'll find comfortable everyday bras, and the know-how to make them fit properly.
Comfort starts with fit
A bra is only truly comfortable when the size is right. Most of the support comes from the band, not from your shoulders. If the band is too loose, the straps take over the work and dig in. If the cup is too small, the underwires press. That's why we measure you up in the fitting room and keep trying until everything feels right.
Basics for every day
A good basic is something you wear almost every day: under a T-shirt, at work and at the weekend. Think of styles that sit smoothly under your clothes, in colours that match your skin, and a few to alternate between. We help you put together a set of basics you'll really get use out of.
With or without underwire?
An underwire gives shape and support, but an underwire that sits wrong is the first thing to irritate. When it fits well, you hardly feel it. Torn between underwired and wire-free? Then we'll have you try both, so you can feel for yourself what you like best.
Large cups too
With a larger cup in particular, the fit makes the difference between feeling your bra all day and simply forgetting about it. With cups A to M in stock, we'll find something that supports you and stays comfortable.
Comfortable for longer
A bra stays comfortable for longer if you wash it with care: ideally by hand, with a mild detergent such as Soak Wash, and never in the tumble dryer. If you alternate your bras, the elastic has time to recover.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know if my bra fits properly?
The band sits straight and firm around your ribcage and doesn't ride up. The cups hold your breasts without anything spilling over or gaping, the underwires lie flat against your body and the straps don't dig in. Not sure? Pop in and we'll take a look together.
I don't know my size. Can you help?
Of course, that is our speciality. We measure you up and together find the size and fit that truly fit. No more pinching underwires or gaping cups.
Do I need to make an appointment?
No, you are always welcome to pop in during our opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 to 17:00. Would you rather have a set time, for an extended fitting, a bridal outfit or simply to avoid the busy moments? Then feel free to book an appointment. Give us a call or send us a message, and we will have the fitting room ready and take all the time you need.
